Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will have a broad range of responsibilities within the Customer Service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined sales territory and ensuring that all of our customers receive outstanding service. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical/consumer products industry and a proven track record of success.

Qualifications:

BS or BA degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or consumer products industry
Knowledge of Access and other Microsoft programs
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Strong work ethic

Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager has a broad range of responsibilities within the operations and finance departments. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, as he or she will be responsible for negotiating favorable purchasing relationships with all of our vendors. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical chemicals, packaging, labels and cGMP.

Qualifications:

· BS degree in a life science or accounting with an understanding of chemical nomenclature

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the chemical, packaging and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

· Knowledge of cGMP and the pharmaceutical manufacturing process

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects

· Strong work ethic
