JOB REQUIREMENTS: Four (4) year college degree specializing in business/management preferred or three (3) to five (5) years of personnel/associate relations experience required; including demonstrated abilities in pre-employment hiring, termination, and other personnel activities. Working knowledge of EEO, state and federal regulations, benefits, wage-hour, and NLRB required. Skills include excellent oral and written communications including telephone, organizational, and personal computer including word processing and spreadsheets.
JOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for administering and managing full responsibilities and aspects of human resources and personnel related duties. In addition the position also involves the co-ordination of all property and casualty insurance for the companies.
