Business Development Coordinator

PURPOSE: To assist the VP, Business Development in the generation of new business/sales with the Original Equipment (OE) Manufacturers, private label companies, new car dealerships, export concerns, and special project companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists the VP, New Business in the day-to-day operation of specified accounts.
• Works with the Production department to ensure the quality and quantity match the customer’s specifications.
• Works with OE manufacturers and Private Label customers on current and future purchase orders.
• Oversees the daily sale and distribution of OE/Private Label products and reports any discrepancies to the VP New Business.
• Submits and receives all electronic invoices/documents and data via EDI to OE/Private Label parties.
• Maintains a working relationship with OE/Private Label engineers, R&D departments, buyers, sellers and management.
• Inspects all outgoing product being sold as OE replacement parts or private label products.
• Seeks new accounts and maintains existing relations with new car dealerships regarding the sale of Borla product.
• Troubleshoots any departmental problems.
• Performs other duties as required or directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to maintain a working relationship with a variety of skilled, unskilled and professional personnel.
• Possess Intermediate—Advanced Word and Excel skills.
• Candidate must possess excellent skills to ensure adherence to company policies, quantity and quality.
• Must be diplomatic, even tempered and understand the merits and techniques of maintaining a cooperative environment dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity and working knowledge of Original Equipment Manufacturer’s requirements including incoming/outgoing EDI generation and paperwork processes will be extremely helpful.

We require a BBA in accounting, finance or business. We prefer accounting experience, but are considering some recent college graduates. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. They will work in many aspects of accounting. The duties may include but are not limited to A/P, A/R, G/L, cost analysis, financial statements, purchasing etc. Our range will depend upon their experience. The more experience, the more duties we'll give them. Pay is negotiable.
An average range would be mid $30s to mid $40s.

Job Details:
Employees will be working with Public, who will be bringing old computers to the ETSU campus for the buy back program. They will be unloading old hardrives, monitors, keyboards, and other electronics. These could be in the trunk of someone’s car, the bed of a truck etc… They will then be placed on the designated pallet, then shrink wrapped, and loaded by forklift onto a waiting trailer.
The company sponsoring the project will furnish gloves and vests for use during the term of the project. All-Star employees will be required to wear these through the duration of the project, and they will be turned in to the project coordinator each evening.

We currently have a need for 30 loader/unloaders, and 2 forklift operators. The forklift operators will need at least 6 months recent experience with a propane sit down forklift.
The pay rate during this project will be 10.00 per hour for all positions

All-Star Personnel will be in the Johnson City area recruiting at the Northeast Tennessee Career Center, at 2515 Wesley St. Johnson City , Tennessee 37601.
The hours will be from 9am-3:30pm, on May 7th , 8th, and 9th.
