- Science Hill Adult
Education
- The mission of Johnson City Adult Education is to empower
adults with the knowledge and skills to meet the goals of family
life and the demands of technology and the changing workplace.

- Department provides education for vocational technical
training.

Technology Center @ Elizabethton
- TTC-Elizabethton is a Board of Regents institution that
provides training for entry-level employment in ten different
areas. Most programs take from twelve to eighteen months to
complete and job placement assistance is provided. Federal aid is
available to those who qualify as well as Tennessee Lottery Funding
( Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant).
