Program for Students
- The mission is to heighten the awareness of students to career
track employment.
- Northeast
State K-16
- Northeast State and public school partners have developed a
K-16 educational program beginning in kindergarten and continuing
through a university baccalaureate degree program.
- Northeast
Tennessee Tech Prep Consortium
- Tech Prep is a federally funded program that is designed to
improve Career-Technical Education students' performance in our
consortium schools. Tech Prep specifically focuses on the two
middle quartiles of students by offering articulated credit that
may be earned by the student while in high school. The student may
earn up to 12 hours of college credit at NSTCC for work performed
in high school without cost to the student.

- Appalachian Inter-Mountain Scholars is a regional program sponsored by area business and industry.
- Youth Council
- The Northeast Tennessee Youth Council is a collaboration among
local business and education professionals, government, community
leaders, and youth that aims to provide all youth with
opportunities to become productive and satisfied working
adults.
